About SP Networks

SP Networks Inc. is a professional services consultancy headquartered in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. We provide product management, marketing, architecture and engineering services to companies building and operating complex technology platforms. Our three practice areas are multi-cloud AI platforms, connected communities and managed networks, and OTT and broadcast television solutions.

We work with telecom operators, cable and broadband providers, pay TV and streaming businesses, technology vendors and investors. Clients come to us to define product strategy, take new platforms to market, design scalable architectures, and lead engineering teams from concept through launch and lifecycle management.

SP Networks was founded and is led by Sheriff Popoola, a Product Management and Engineering executive and Board Director with more than thirty years in telecommunications. He has owned P&Ls, led global B2B and B2C teams, and delivered platforms spanning 3G mobile, Femtocells, Comcast's OCAP reference platform and national Pay TV services. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MSEECS from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a Motorola patent holder.
